So by the time we got to Saturday, we’d already bopped to Blancmange, been scared silly by the Wall of Death, witnessed a stage invasion, and burnt our fingers on some hot German sausage… and we’d only just begun.

We can’t wait to celebrate Duckie finally reaching the age of consent – we’d like to say we’ll be breaking her in gently, but we know she’s already been getting around a bit…

Have we mentioned it’s the Edinburgh Festival? Maybe we have… But for those of us who maybe can’t make it north of the border for whatever reason, don’t fret! There’s plenty of fringe to be had in London!

Seven years after the Venice Film Festival Premiere of Gregg Araki’s incredible film adaptation, the stage version of Scott Heim’s 1996 novel Mysterious Skin hits The Drill Hall in September for just three shows.
Loserville loves a good POP-UP venue and think they’re the best way to experience true DIY culture in London. Some of these venues covered are exclusively revealed by us on the very little information that we have garnered for you our lovely readers.

We actually cannot wait to get into our PJs and have a beautiful one night stand with Duckie at the Barbican…A unique and truly sensational experience not to be missed!
We just received some rather awesome news re: Laura Mugbridge’s stand-up storytelling show being performed in a VW Camper coming to Camden from Friday 1st – Thursday 7th July. Comedienne and raconteur Laura Mugridge is (quite literally) taking her show on the road this summer, in a 19 date tour.
Loserville didn’t know much about the show before we snuck in and had a peek on Monday. We were absolutely flabbergasted at this humungously cute and beautifully funny comedy…

We can’t recommend enough this fantastic festival which is cheap, chic and features cabaret, cutting edge theatre, short films and a new performance by wacky performance veterans Forced Entertainment.

We can’t wait for Scottee’s second outing in the Olympic hub of Stratford, come and get your kicks from this troupe of weird and wonderful neo-cabaret stars! And we’re getting you cheap tickets…just £6!
Well, apparently winter is over. We’re not so sure. While we all wait for global warming to, well, do some warming, here’s some fun/interesting stuff to do this month, all indoors and all vaguely excellent (probably).
As with our early prior warning for the national theatre’s Frankenstein, which is now incredibly sold out we’re recommending all our fellow comrades to book for BAC’s One-on-One festival. Our Tory toff friends at the Telegraph hail it ‘Nothing less than bloody revolutionary’. Quite spiffing indeed. This is interactive theatre to the point of claustrophobia, [...]
Loserville was at the opening night of this great 1927 production at the Battersea Arts Centre – check out our review!
“Genuine laughs… Full of ingenious invention”
Loserville, was at the opening night of Evelyn Waugh’s Decline & Fall at The Old Red Lion Theatre – check out the review here (it was pretty fab)!
Decline & Fall runs until January 8th 2011.

Tickets went on sale to the general public today and will sell like hot cakes. We don’t want you losers to miss out on this amazing show, so book now! It’s starring our favourite loser hottie Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) we wrote about him here and directed by Slumdog Millionaire’s Danny Boyle in his return to theatre. So excited!
After our beta version last month, Loserville presents the new and improved ultimate to do list for February including theatre, lectures, Deirdre Rashid, variety, vintage market and birdies!
We here at Loserville towers aren’t afraid of close to the knuckle theatrical shiz. Here’s a snippet from offbeat performance wacko Scottee’s new show Violence. The show runs from the 1st-3rd December 2010.
